Every BNVB item is made to order. Most orders are processed, produced, and delivered within approximately 4–8 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders below $50 are charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept preference-based returns.

If the size or fit isn't working, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible size or fit issues may be resolved through an exchange or store credit.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on an appropriate resolution under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
