At BNVB, every order is created with intention. Because many of our products are made to order, shipping timelines may look a little different than mass-produced goods. Below is what to expect when placing an order with us.
Order Processing & Production
Orders begin processing after payment is received and approved.
Most items are produced specifically for you once an order is placed. As a result, processing and production time may be required prior to shipment and can vary depending on product type, order volume, and operational conditions.
Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Orders are shipped using standard shipping.
Once shipped, estimated delivery is approximately 2–5 business days, excluding processing and production time.
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold. This threshold may change without notice and may vary by promotion, product type, or order value.
Free shipping offers, when available, apply to standard shipping only and may be limited or discontinued at any time.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
Production & Fulfillment Notes
Because many items are made to order, orders may ship in separate packages or arrive at different times.
Production and fulfillment timelines may vary, especially during high-volume periods or promotional launches.
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BNVB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather events, service disruptions, or misdelivery.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can review the situation.
Resolutions, if applicable, are determined at our discretion.
