Refund & Exchange Policy
All BNVB products are made to order, meaning production begins after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept traditional returns for change of mind, color preference, style preference, or other preference-based reasons.
If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Size or fit issues
If the size you ordered isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Because our products are made to order, size and fit issues are generally eligible for an exchange or store credit rather than a refund. We’ll work with you to determine the best available option.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective items
If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size due to a fulfillment error, or an item that arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or store credit, as appropriate.
In limited circumstances where another resolution is not practical, BNVB may issue a refund to the original payment method at our discretion.
Preference-based returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Because each item is produced to order, we encourage you to review product details, sizing information, and color options carefully before placing your order.
How to request help

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may ask for photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first, as a return shipment may not always be required.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear after the refund has been processed.
We put intention into every design, and we want you to feel good about what you receive.
