REFUND POLICY
All BNVB.CO products are made to order, which means every piece is produced specifically for you. Because of this, we aren't able to offer traditional returns — but we do stand behind everything we make.
If something isn't right, we'll take care of you.
We offer exchanges or store credit for:
- The wrong size (because sizing up or down happens — no judgment)
- Items sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
We're not able to accommodate preference-based returns (change of mind, color, etc.), but if the fit isn't working, we want to help you find something that does.
How it works:
- Reach out within 14 days of delivery at orders@bnvb.co
- Include your order number and a quick note about the issue
- We'll respond with next steps — no hassle
We put intention into every design. The least we can do is make sure it fits.
